This works great..i have found this site yesterday..no need to wait for 5 seconds..visit here-->
 

Steps to follow:-
1. register there..registration takes few seconds..
2. then click on post a new ad
3. select announcement..and then general announcement in the sub category.
4. continue to next step...then select new website..and leave your adfly link in the new website category..give a short description about your link and post it..:D
you can post as many ads as you want...just create different accounts for posting ads..gud luck!

    In my experience, the best shortener is shorte.st! Shorte.st counts more visits and all clicks have the same rate, not like with other shorteners, where the rate is going down with every click...
    I use shorte.st on my blog and on Facebook. The most of my traffic is from Spain, Latin America and United States. My last payment I received from shorte.st (2015, march) http://imgur.com/c1ot3oU
